Eric Dane Sues over Nude Tape

Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart aren’t too happy about the home video of them that leaked on the internet recently. So the couple has decided to put matters into the court’s hands.

Dane and Gayheart just filed a lawsuit against Gawker Media, LLC and journalist Mark Ebner over the video that shows the couple nude with Kari Ann Peniche.
