Happy Halloween y’all! For the past few weeks we’ve been asking celebrities what they are gonna be for the big day.

Some celebrities actually had some funny and creative costumes, but my favorite had to be Shawn Wayans’ and Dita Von Teese's.

The 2008 Presidential elections are a year away, but Hollywood is getting a head start. Last Thursday, Justin Timberlake, Hayden Panattiere and Hollywood’s brightest young stars came out to support the Declare Yourself foundation to help mobilize 18-year-olds to register to vote in the 2008 primaries and general election.

At the event, all guests were able to register to vote as "The Hills" star Lauren Conrad did by logging on to www.DeclareYourself.com . Attendees...
