Let's just say Oscar winner Rachel Weisz is nothing like her fellow 'celebrities.' She feels like anyone can be a celebrity if they 'present a show' and act 'vulgar.' But she insists that she is an actress with a talent is she is nothing like the girls these days who have become famous for doing nothing.
She says, "I am an actress. I think celebrity is a vulgar thing. It's so easy to be famous, turn up in a certain frock, present a show, take your top off.
"If you go to those parties and wear those dresses you become a celebrity, which has nothing to do with acting. I don't go to those parties. I can't stand them."
You know she has a point! An actor/actress is completely different from being a celebrity these days. We all know that almost anyone can become a celebrity in this town but it's not that easy to be a respected actor or actress.
