Rod Stewart's ex wife Rachel Hunter is left broken hearted after her 27 year-old fiancé called off their wedding just two months before they were set to walk down the aisle.

39 year-old Hunter was set to wed 27 year-old Canadian hockey star Jarret Stoll in August, but he apparently called off their wedding without explaining why their two year relationship is over.

Congratulations to Rachel Hunter who has gotten engaged to her hockey player boyfriend Jarret Stoll.

"She is engaged. She's never been happier," her rep told People Magazine. "She has been with Jarret for a long time and everyone is thrilled for them. He was recently traded to the L.A.
