Sean Penn is awesome!!! He is one of the few celebrities to actually do something positive without needing to pat him self on the back with the media. During Hurricane Katrina he quietly went about in a boat rescuing people from their homes with his own hands. On at least one occassion (there may be more) he has risked his own life to correspond from the Middle East (as a reporter on special assignment) to convey the truth about what is going on. He is active in many campaigns and political rallies, which is exactly what everyone who has the priviledge to call themselves a citizen of this country should be doing. Anyone who can't recognize what an upstanding and upright guy Sean Penn is (and learn from his example) needs to go back to school.

I know people who will not go to the movies anymore because of crap like this, because a person is capable of memorizing lines obviously doesn't make them intelligent nor classy. At least he was there. I think its fair to assume YOU WERE NOT. And if you all actually support Bush and his corrupt administration, then it makes me feel sad. Sad that this country really is in a state of mental decay. Sad that you, who have sharp tongues, are not helping, but injuring us further. I remember when we were all united about 8 years ago.
