Well good for him! It's true drugs are safe if done responsibly. Obviously there are different drugs which are easier to use safely. But all in all it is true.

drugs affect different people differently, just because he's fine, doesn't mean that everyone else will be fine. Scientists have done research showing that most drugs are unsafe and can cause permanent long term damage.
