Prince William Asks Kate Middleton to Sign Prenuptial Agreement
Here’s the part of the fairy tale no one likes to talk about. Divorce lawyers are pressing Prince William to have Kate Middleton sign a prenuptial agreement.

If William makes Kate sign a prenup, it’s only fair that she makes him sign an agreement stating he won’t lose any more hair. Just saying.

Divorce lawyer James Stewart, whose firm handled the divorce case between Madonna and Guy Ritchie, said, “It’s an absolute statistical no-brainer that a prenuptial agreement would be highly beneficial in this case.”

I like how these lawyers are offering up this advice as if the royals haven’t already thought of it. I’m sure there’s some standard royal marriage protocol. This isn’t a rodeo.

Stewart also says William should add a confidentiality clause to the agreement, preventing Kate from doing any revealing interviews about the royal family.

“Kate is joining a family known as ‘The Firm,’” Stewart said. “Every other employee of the royal household has a contract of employment which includes a fairly severe gagging clause.”
