After journalists blew his cover, Prince Harry returned home to Britain this morning from his active duty in Afghanistan.
Prince Charles and his brother Prince William greeted Harry as he stepped off the plane in RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire just after 11:30 am.
The Defence Ministry said he was withdrawn "primarily on the basis that the worldwide media coverage of Prince Harry in Afghanistan could impact on the security of those who are deployed there, as well as the risks to him as an individual".
