Stock up on your Pisco and Caipirinha, South America. Prince Harry is coming your way.
Despite the fact that it sounds like some made up Alice in Wonderland type-crap, ‘Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee’ is a real thing, and Prince Harry is doing it.
Designed to enhance the partnership between the United Kingdom and Brazil, the Diamond Jubilee is a tour, and Harry will visit a series of countries, including, Belize, The Bahamas, Jamaica and Brazil.
Between March 2 and March 9, Harry will visit Belize, The Bahamas and Jamaica for the first time. He’ll stop in Rio De Janeiro and the State of Sao Paolo, Brazil on March 11. Harry is expected to stay in Brazil until March 14.
The visit is organized by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and Harrry is supposed to officially represent his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. I know he’s good looking and all, but I just don’t know if he can pull off a pastel skirt suit the way she can.
It’s gonna be a busy spring for the Prince. In May, he’s supposed to trek Mt. Everest, the world’s highest mountain.
Harry is partaking in Walking for the Wounded, a charity that supports wounded war veterans.
“He won’t be doing the full climb,” says Mollie Hughes, a 21 year-old planning to make the climb, too.
“It will take a long time and it requires rigorous training, so I think he’ll be joining at base camp,” Hughes told Britain’s Telegraph.
Last year, Harry made a trek to the North Pole with the organization.
