Earlier today we posted that the Lindsay Lohan Playboy issue was selling like hot-cakes, assuming hot-cakes are magazine filled with images of naked women. But this might not be true!
According to Hugh Hefner's twitter (the most reliable of sources) and some TMZ sources (also, super reliable, probably just texts from Lindsay herself) they said many outlets had sold out of the LiLo Playboy spread and that NY and LA had to re-order more issues of the mag.

And the people who were searching for the leaked photos online must have been impressed, because their online subscription got a huge increase as well. If only her movies did this well.

Hugh Hefner approved Lindsay Lohan's anticipated Playboy photo shoot, but the t-tty mogul now admits, he wasn't sure about it initially.
"It really came as a surprise to me," Hefner told E! News. "I kind of had mixed emotions about it initially, and then it turned into something bigger than life."

Lindsay Lohan just posed for a nude pictorial for Hugh Hefner’s iconic magazine. She was reportedly paid $1 million for the photoshoot and already the entire spread has leaked online ahead of the publications schedule release date in January.
Technically you can’t see Lindsay’s “cooch” (to use 50’s words), because it’s one of those “tasteful” photo shoots, also I don’t think the world is ready for a firecrotch, amiright? But still, 50 cent wants to peep Lindsay Lohan in the buff and admits he hasn’t searched for the photos…yet.

The leak caused such a frenzy, Hef tweeted that they’re going to release the issue earlier than expected.
"Because of the interest & the Internet leak, we're releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early," Hefner tweeted Friday. "The Lindsay Lohan issue of Playboy is going to be a true Collector's Edition . . . Lindsay Lohan was the top search name on the Internet yesterday. Her issue goes on sale late next week. Hot. Hot. Hot."
The photos hit the web on Thursday, and Lohan manages to channel vintage Hollywood glamour in the shoot. Love her or hate her, you can’t deny that the woman cleaned up her act for this project. Might I even suggest this is comeback worthy?

Let me just get this straight, the same show that brought little girls in pink tutus on to sing Nicki Minaj songs, will be the same talkshow where Lindsay Lohan will do press for her nude Playboy photos? Yes? Ok, just checking. Not sure how the moms who make up the entire demographic of the Ellen audience feel about this, but unfortunately for everyone, it's happening.
