It is National Donut Day, after all. So forget about the carbs, shove that donut in your face, and enjoy this week's Best of Twitter!
@dunkindonuts: “Friends don’t let frienDDs forget about National Donut Day”
- Okay, but how are we going to celebrate National Diabetes Day?
@pink: “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy.”
-The only thing more rewarding than experiencing the miracle of life is tweeting about it while it happens.
@SenJohnMcCain: “Back on the grid from an interesting 2 day trip to #Burma where unfortunately twitter is censored.”
-I don’t know what’s more shocking, the censoring thing or the fact that a 74 year old man is Tweeting.
@billyraycyrus: “Thanks to all of you who watched Surprise Homecoming tonight and for all of your sweet tweets.”
-I did happen to watch it, and it was touching to see a wife embracing her husband when he returned home from Iraq after so many years. Not so touching? Looking up to see Billy Ray Cyrus creepily hovering behind him.
@cesarmillan: “A one year old dog is as mature, physically, as a 15-year-old human.”
-That explains why my dog spends hours in his room with the door locked.
