Talk about a random hookup! Paris Hilton's ex Stavros Niarchos and James Blunt's ex Petra Nemcova were caught making out at NYC HotSpot Bungalow 8 recently as they partied with Hilton and Niarchos' oil-heir friend Greasy Bear Brandon Davis.

According to the NY Post, "She was grinding him," the witness said. "It was pretty gross. I mean, he used to sleep with Paris. Eww." A rep for Nemcova said, "I haven't heard of this."

Gross!!! So, she 's sleeping with this guy to get back at Paris Hilton...his ex, and Paris' friend Lindsey Lohan, over them both reportedly sleeping with James Blunt??? This is pathetic!!!
