The divorce between Katie Price and
Peter Andre seems to be getting a little nastier. Peter is now taking legal action against Katie for comments she made during a recent TV interview.
Katie recently appeared on GMTV in the UK to promote her new book. When asked whether her estranged husband had been faithful, Katie replied, “As far as I know I think he was faithful.”
Andre is furious with her answer, saying that cheating was absolutely not the reason for their split. In his column for
New! magazine, written shortly after the split, Andre said: "I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100% faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false."
And now he’s suing her over that one little comment!
As for Katie, she seems like she’s just focused on getting publicity for her latest book. She said at her book launch, “It's my 32nd book I've got out so I'm really proud. It's a good read, a good summer read like all my others."
