Peter Andre and Katie Price aka Jordan's divorce keeps getting nastier and nastier. Katie didn't waste any time finding a new boyfriend after her marriage to Peter fell apart, and while Peter accepts that she's moved on, he doesn't want her new boyfriend around their children.

The divorce between Katie Price and Peter Andre seems to be getting a little nastier. Peter is now taking legal action against Katie for comments she made during a recent TV interview.

Katie recently appeared on GMTV in the UK to promote her new book. When asked whether her estranged husband had been faithful, Katie replied, “As far as I know I think he was faithful.”
