Judge to Pete: Rehab or Jail

Pete Doherty made a two hour late appearance in court yesterday and pleaded guilty to possessing crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine. Wow he really is a crackhead!

The Judge in the case postponed the sentencing until August 7 only if Doherty entered rehab.

The Judge told Doherty: "If you go to detox I will see what sentence is appropriate. But if you do not, you will be going into custody."

How does Doherty feel about the Judge’s decision? He said, "I was going into rehab anyway. This was a push. It's rehab or jail."

How many times has this guy already been to rehab? Just throw him in the slammer. Can you guys imagine the crazy withdrawls he will go through. Yuck!

People should leave pete alone, im sure he wants to get rid of his drug atiction but people dont understand that he has no control over himself anymore so how can he stop the drugs if thats what now keep his body motervated. Nobody seems to understand him, im sure he has a heart and needs to stick around for Astile and his family love him they dont want to see him like this, its a shame other people dont understand that. He was once and still could be a very good man!

Jail? Rehab? What about a shower? That is what he really needs. Kate Moss is a nasty skank to exchange fluids with that trashy junkie. She has lost what appeal she had. I wouldn't shed a tear over losing that dirt covered urchin.
