Ashlee requested full custody of their two-year-old son, Bronx, but Pete's not having it.
Pete's ready to take Ashlee to court to fight for custody--which means things are about to get nasty!
"Pete just filed legal papers in response to Ashlee's divorce petition asking the judge for JOINT physical and legal custody of their son," reports TMZ.
Pete also asked that each party pay for their own legal fees, but Ashlee wants Pete to foot the bill. Hey, she's unemployed!
Ashlee can always tap into the Bank of Jessica. She doesn't mind spending an arm and a leg on her loved ones--exhibit A: her unemployed fiance.

30-year old Mark Blanco fell to his death from the first floor of an apartment building in London back in 2006.
According to police, his death was ruled a suicide. But now, a coroner has ordered his death be reexamined. According to the Daily Star Blanco’s mother says Pete Doherty “must face questioning.”
She says, “I want the truth to come out.” So the question is, does this man’s mother believe Pete killed her son?? Those are some pretty hefty allegations! But she could be on to something, since right before Blanco’s death, he had a confrontation with Doherty.
Doherty’s spokesman spoke out in defense of his client, saying, “The conclusion the police came to initially is the correct one. We have heard nothing about the conclusion of the second investigation, so are unable to comment further at this stage.”
We wouldn’t put it past Pete to be involved somehow. But either way, this man’s family needs piece of mind to know what really caused his death!

Pete was pulled over after leaving one of his gigs in Gloucester last night for erratic driving. According to The Sun, Pete refused to stop when ordered, and led officers on a chase through the city.
When he was inevitably caught, Pete was arrested on drunk driving charges, as well as possession of drugs, and failing to pull over. What an idiot!
A spokesperson for Gloucester police says Pete remains in custody. He said, "At approximately 12.30AM officers on patrol in Eastgate Street saw a car being driven erratically, it continued down Barton Street and was stopped in Derby Road.”
"A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, possession of drugs and failure to stop for police, he remains in custody at this time."
Pete needs to just stay locked up! He’s nothing but trouble and a nuisance to the outside world!

Doherty was arrested after he allegedly injected drugs on a flight from London to Geneva.
The singer had locked himself in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Cabin crew began to worry and when he came out of the bathroom he reportedly looked dazed and "obviously intoxicated".
One passenger told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: "The crew knocked on the door but Pete didn't come out. They eventually managed to get in 10 minutes before the plane landed. Pete was taken back to his seat and he looked completely out of it. One of the crew took the needle out of the toilet wrapped in a tissue."
Pete was arrested once the plane arrived in Switzerland. It is unclear as to why he was charged with but he was ordered to pay a fine and was released.
This just proves old habits die hard!

The couple broke up back in 2007 (has it really been that long?) but he's still reportedly struggling to get over her. During a recent gig in London, Petey told the audience how much he missed her and wanted her back.
The rocker reportedly said, "I miss her so much. I don't even read the papers because of her, I can't look at her. I miss Kate. I can't f**king do anything. I'm trying to become better, I'm trying."
She does have a thing for ugly dudes that look like they do way too much crack, so maybe Pete hasn't blown his chances just yet. We liked Kate better with Pete better than the new guy she's with, she's such a bore now.
Who do you think Kate should be with? Ideally she should drop both of them and date someone with a little more class, but that's obviously asking too much from the world’s most famous supermodel.

Doherty, who famously dated Kate Moss, had a very public battle with substance abuse and has been fighting addictions to heroin and crack cocaine since 2003.
He was jailed for 14 weeks for probation violation relating to his previous drug and driving offenses. And has been arrested and released about 25 times. No joke. He probably got arrested every other week, or at least that’s what it felt like.
After all that, he's finally ready to get clean. He says, "I'm sick of going around in circles. I'm clean now and I'm going to stay that way this year - apart from the fags and the booze."
Hey, giving up heroin and cocaine is a start. We didn't expect him to give up the booze, that’s like asking Amy to get totally clean. We'll take what we can get with these two.

Kate Moss' ex is planning on showcasing some homemade porn at an Austrian adult cinema tomorrow.
Aside from porn, the video, which was shot with a friend’s camera, will feature him addressing his friendships with Kate Moss and Amy Winehouse, as well as his drug use.
A source told Metro: "Some of it is very arty and some of it is very revealing, fly-on-the-wall stuff."
The movie will premiere at NonStop cinema in Graz followed by a performance by crackhead Doherty himself. Wonder if there will be any clips of Kate Moss in the video?! Now that would make headlines!

Parents-to-be Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have been house hunting in New York City and Chicago, and they're planning on moving before the baby is born. They better get on that, because isn't Ash due in October?
According to Ok! magazine, Ashlee is sick of Hollywood, and looking to find a place in either of those cities, or both!
Pete is from Chicago, so that's why they'd like to find a place there, so he'd be close to his family. The couple says they also want their baby to be able to grow up without the paparazzi following his or her every move.
Pete has already taken the first steps towards the transition. He's put his $1.8 million house in LA on the market.
