Perez Hilton

Miley Cyrus has been getting a lot of heat lately for her provocative outfits, but not as much heat as Perez Hilton got for posting an uncensored upskirt picture of her.

Perez, real name Mario Lavandeira Jr., now faces serious legal trouble and possible jail time for his careless post, which was later removed. And after all the controversy, we're finally hearing what Miley thought about the whole thing.

Perez Hilton Faces Child Pornography Charges Over Miley Stunt

"That's some idiot being an idiot," she told Ryan Seacrest during his radio show.

"Isn't it funny things like that, that are so negative, have to come out right before my record?" asked Miley. "It's like, no one can just let a positive thing happen."

Miley Clears up Breakup Rumors: She's a Lesbian Now

Today, Perez was on the defensive in a video posted to his blog, saying "Miley was clearly wearing underwear. Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?"

He went on to say, "Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there?" he said. "Sure I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail."

What Perez did is a serious crime and sadly the video he posted seemed like a joke to him.
Perez Hilton may be in hot water over a photo he posted of Miley Cyrus yesterday. The TwitPic is an uncensored upskirt picture of Miley, which Perez shared with his millions of followers, and later removed.

Now Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira Jr., faces serious legal trouble and possible jail time for his careless post. Hollyscoop spoke with a Los Angeles-based attorney who told us the severity of the situation.

We asked if Lavandeira could be looking at jail time, and our source told us, “Sure he can. He potentially violated federal law 18 USC 2256 by knowingly disseminating a graphic photo of an underage girl. He can't even claim to be reporting it as "news" since intent for distribution is not a factor, as long as he knew she was underage (which he did).

Nor can he try and say it's ok if it was Photoshopped—the code covers "computer-generated images" as still being child porn.

Also it's a crime against the state, so even if Miley doesn't care, the state can still come after him. Whether they will is a different matter.”

Wow. Serious stuff. Lavandiera has since responded to the controversy by posting a video on his infamous blog that paints celebrities in a bad light on a regular basis.

Perez, wearing a faux fur coat, says, “I’m wearing fake fur to address a fake controversy that the media is really talking about in the last 24 hours. Controversy about a girl I love, Miley Cyrus.

Seems like the whole world is thinking I posted a photo of Miley’s vagina without underwear on. Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?

Sure I named her ‘Slutty Cyrus’, but she’s not a moron. Do you think I’m stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she’s not wearing underwear down there? No. Sure I love being controversial, but I don’t wanna go to jail.

Miley was clearly wearing underwear, clearly. The reason I linked to that photo is because I thought she was exiting the car in a un-lady like fashion. And I like to encourage Miley to be ladylike.”

The whole video seems like he’s treating it like a joke. We don’t find it funny, and we highly doubt the authorities will either.

Perez Hilton suffered a major backlash last week after he called Will.i.am a "f**kin fa***t."

After petitions started to float around the internet asking that his site be removed, his nomination for the Teen Choice Awards be recalled, and he banned from TV and radio stations, he decided it was time to swallow his pride and finally apologize for his vulgar comments.

"People make mistakes. I have made many in my life, but this past week I have made more than I can count on one hand," he said.

"I am sorry. And I mean it. No one is forcing me to write this. I am not feeling pressured to say this. I am speaking out because I realize that the last few days have been more hurtful to me - and many others - than the repeated blows I suffered to my head in Toronto this past weekend.

"Apologizing for me is not easy. Writing this was not easy. Life is not easy. But everything happens for a reason and I will take away a lot of valuable lessons from this experience."

He added that the "'F' word will never be uttered from my lips again. Just as others use the "N" word to insult and hurt - or as part of their everyday speech - I challenge them to remove it from their vocabulary as well."

"I am NOT apologizing to GLAAD. I could care less about them, my former employers. I am apologizing to the gay community, to anyone who was hurt by my choice of words, and to all the people who have ever emailed me to thank me for all that I have done to fight for gay rights over the last few years."

"I have reached out to Isaiah Washington, someone I incorrectly labeled a homophobe in the past, despite his own public statements that he was not."

Do you think Perez's apology is sincere? How do you think this situation will affect his career?
The folks over at FunnyorDie have done it again!

Zac Efron and Breckin Meyer have gotten together and videotaped a parody to Perez Hilton's Will.i.am video blog.

Apparently Breckin has issues with Zac over his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens and he wants an apology over an altercation.

Perez Hilton has had many feuds ever since he began his blogging career with his website perezhilton.com (formerly pagesixsixsix.com) five years ago. The self-proclaimed, "Queen of All Media" has made a career--and his fortune—off of controversies; however, his latest spectacle may bring the Internet czar to his downfall.

During an altercation with the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am at the Much Music Awards in Canada, Perez called him a f**king f*ggot," which resulted in an media uproar.

How can Perez call Will.iam a "f*ggot" when he is the one who publicly led the crusade to legalize gay marriage? This is the same guy who called for the firing of Isaiah Washington from ABC television series Grey's Anatomy for making the same homophobic remarks and called for his readers to do the same.

The man who has made millions off of his loyal readers is now in risk of losing them. There are currently petitions floating around the Internet asking that his site be removed and another petition asking that his nomination for the Teen Choice Awards be recalled.

Perez is nominated for the “Choice Music: Fab-u-lous” and “Choice Web Star” categories, but 100,000 signatures could change everything. There are also other petitions asking that Perez be removed from radio stations, TV shows and off the internet entirely.

Perez's celebrity "friends" have also turned against the blogger. John Mayer recently blasted him on twitter calling him a "Dumb S**t" that "lacks control." KTLA news anchor Sam Rubin dedicated a part of his morning broadcast slamming Perez for dishing the dirt and not being able to take it himself.

The gay community, who is the backbone for his success isn’t happy with his derogatory anti-gay slurs and find Perez "dangerous." Perez's anti gay slurs against Will.i.am has even upset GLAAD, the same organization that gave him his first job in Hollywood. GLAAD released a statement saying, "for someone in our own community to use it to attack another person by saying that it is, quote, 'The worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear,' is incredibly dangerous."

Instead of apologizing for his behavior, Perez released his own statement playing the victim and said that GLAAD was "criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation."

While he may not have thrown a punch, his words were violent enough. His pompous attitude about the situation, repeatedly calling Will.i.am a "thug disguised as a musician," is just pitiful and pathetic. Interestingly enough, Perez is actually shocked by the backlash. Does he think he can just walk up to people, instigate drama, use derogatory comments and walk away brushing the dirt off his shoulders?

During a recent poll, 91% of Hollyscoop readers sided with Will.i.am. Reader ness01 even commented, "If Will.I.Am would of called him the "F" word it would of been a scandal. Perez thinks he can use it & its ok, no its not."

Unfortunately for Perez Hilton, the world doesn’t revolves around him. He can dish it but he can't take it? It’s time for Mario Armando Lavandeira to get a taste of his own medicine.

Perez Hilton was certain he was going to get a ton of sympathy after twittering about his fight with Will.i.am, but what he got instead was backlash and a ton of bad press.

GLAAD, Fergie's family members and Will.i.am have already publicly slammed Perez, and now it's John Mayer's turn.

Taking to his twitter page, John called Perez a "dumb sh**t" and told him he "lacks control." He also jokingly told him he wants to train him "in an old martial art called 'Never Call A Black Dude a F*ggot Jitsu'."

Check out John and Perez's conversation via Twitter below...

On his Twitter page, Mayer said: "Last year Pink kneed me in the nuts outside Chateau Marmont. I was p*ssing blood for days. Did I make a scene? Perez Hilton's video statement is so long that by the end of it his cut healed."

Hilton replied: "That's real funny! Ha ha! And I'm sure you also think I 'deserved' to get hit!"

Mayer said: "Not true. In fact I'd like to train you in Krav Maga. Then you'll have the situational awareness not to get in someone's face. I also want to train you in an old martial art called 'Never Call A Black Dude a F*ggot Jitsu'."

Hilton said: "Dude, I get it. I GET IT. But it's not f**king funny to me. Karma would be me losing my site and going bankrupt or what have u. Karma is NOT getting punched in the face!"

Mayer responded: "From the heart, what you experienced these last 24 hrs is a profound lack of control. You can't blog the world, my friend. It's like The Matrix. You live in the Perez Matrix. You wrote the program, you can fly. Then you leave the Matrix, and oh, what the hell, you're not gonna get it. You're a sweet guy though."

Hilton said: "I live in my own world. And in my world, I would never punch someone. And in my world, that's illegal! Also, in my world, if someone repeatedly talks s**t about me, I ignore them or TALK as much s**t back. But that's just me."

Mayer said: "Today, the fourth wall came crashing down. Mario, you are human. I call upon Twitter to be kind to you."

Hilton said: "I'm not human! I'm a monster! Good night, John Mayer."

Mayer responded: "Good night Perez, you dumb s**t."

Perez Hilton made headlines yesterday for claiming Will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas attacked him. It turns out it actually wasn't Will.i.am, but his manager. Although his manager already turned himself in to the Police as the attacker, Perez is still slamming him to the world.

The argument originally started when Fergie approached Perez asking him why he was slamming the Black Eyed Peas new album, and it escalated from there.

Fergie has an army of supporters and fans, including her mother Terri Jackson, who are standing by her side and are even convinced Fergie "could have taken him down."

Fergie's mother talked to Hollyscoop at the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie premiere in Los Angeles Monday night about the feud and what they really think about Perez.

"Thank God it wasn’t Fergie," Terri told Hollyscoop, "I think she could have taken him out," she joked.

When asked what she thought about Perez and his comments about celebrities, Fergie's sister Dana Ferguson told us, "Perez always seems to have his opinion on everything and it seems to clash with a lot of people, and I think he does that on purpose sometimes and sometimes he's gonna get some backlash."

Fergie's father Pat Ferguson was so upset with him he told us, "You don’t want my opinion on Perez Hilton!"

While Fergie was MIA due to work obligations, her family came out to support their son-in-law Josh Duhamel, who stars in the movie.

Sorry Perez, but it looks like the world is siding with Will.i.am and the Black Eyed Peas on this one. Even GLAAD is upset with Perez for the comments he made during the argument. Whose side are you on? Check out our exclusive interview below.

GLAAD (The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) is not only pissed at Perez Hilton for his anti-gay slur to the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am, they want him to issue a public apology for his absurd behavior.

Perez made headlines yesterday when a video surfaced on the internet in which he called Will.i.am a "f**king f*ggot."

GLAAD said, "We have reached out to Hilton and asked him to apologize for promoting this anti-gay slur, and we would ask media outlets to avoid repetition of the slur in their coverage of this story.

For someone in our own community to use it to attack another person by saying that it is, quote, 'The worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear,' is incredibly dangerous.

It legitimizes use of a slur that is often linked to violence against our community. And it sends a message that it is OK to attempt to dehumanize people by exploiting anti-gay attitudes."

But instead of apologizes, Perez has issued his own statement about how pissed he is about GLAAD being pissed at him and he wants an apology from them now! Here's what he had to say:

"I am saddened GLAAD chose to victimize me further by criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent. While I doubt I will get an apology from GLAAD, nor do I expect one, I would just hope people know how difficult it is to intellectualize a situation and think rationally when a thug disguised as a musician is screaming at your face and intimidating you. I am just very fortunate and grateful that nothing more serious happened to me."

We're giving this one to GLAAD. Perez shouldn't have used that language against Will.i.am. Perez also claimed he was beaten by Will.i.am, but according to Police, it was Will.i.am's manager who threw the first punch. He already turned himself in and Perez is still on a rampage attacking Will.i.am. Whose side are you on?

Talk about Monday morning drama! Will.i.am has been accused of assault by Perez Hilton. Both of them attended the Much Music Awards in Toronto and after the show Perez twittered that he was attacked:
  • I'm in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.
  • I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.
  • Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.
  • I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here.
  • The Toronto police are here now. Thank you. Please stop calling them.
Well, it turns out that Perez might have been a little delusional because Will.i.am was not the one who assaulted him. The police have cleared Will.i.am of any wrong doing and he is not even a suspect. Will.i.am actually kept it pretty cool considering the fact that Perez was trying pretty hard to instigate a fight by calling him names.

The general manager of the Black Eyed Peas -- Polo Molina -- however, is under investigation and he turned himself in to police early this morning.
