How Penelope Cruz Shed All Her Baby Weight

Sure, having a nutritionist, a chef and a personal trailer helps, but some of them do it the old fashioned way—diet and exercise.
Just weeks after giving birth to baby Leo, Penelope Cruz was already sporting a svelte figure. So what’s her secret?
“I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline — it’s really hard but much more fun,” Cruz tells the Daily Mirror.
So what about her diet? “I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”
And the real secret to her staying thin? Indulging in In-N-Out. Yes, you read right. “I do it, like, once a week or once every two weeks. It’s my little treat for myself. I love the Double-Double with fries,” she added.
There’s nothing double-double about her amazing figure, so if treating myself to In-N-Out every other week is the way to go—I’m all in.
