Poor Penelope Cruz! She’s been hit with a bad bout of food poisoning! She’s currently at the Cannes Film Festival to promote her two upcoming movies Nine and Broken Embraces.

Penelope was scheduled to present a trailer and teaser for Nine, but has been sidelined by “some sort of food poisoning.”

Harvey Weinstein told reporters, "Tomorrow night is her premiere for her movie. She is getting better and is seeing a doctor right now."

Time magazine has released their annual list of the world’s most influential people, and it probably doesn’t come as a shock that many mainstream celebrities are on the list, including Zac Efron, Sarah Palin, Tina Fey, and Penelope Cruz.

None of the aforementioned made the top of the list, but they can be proud of just making the exclusive list, which Time says features “leaders, thinkers, artists, titans, and icons who shape our thinking.”

Not surprisingly, Angelina Jolie has been named the most beautiful woman in the world.

Vanity Fair conducted a survey asking its readers to name their fave, and Angie won by a landslide.

58 percent of VanityFair.com readers picked the mother-of-six as the Most Beautiful Woman in the World in the site’s poll.

She beat out other leading ladies like Kate Moss, Beyonce, Gisele, and even Halle Berry.
