Andy Warhol’s Peaches print was auctioned off during Thursday’s amFAR Inspiration Gala at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. The winning big was $14,000, and it went to Sandra Bullock’s agents, who bought it as a gift for the actress’ son, Louis.
Louis is one year old. He poops in his pants. I’m not exactly sure he’s gonna appreciate the significance of this piece of art.
Sandra joked at the event:
"I want to thank Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd for not being cheap f-cks and gifting my son with his first Warhol.”
All proceeds from the auction went to benefit amFAR’s AIDS research. The organization was co-created by the late Elizabeth Taylor.

In the scene, Phoenix arrives to P.Diddy’s home to inform him that he wants to be a rapper. Diddy pretty much shoots him down immediately and makes Joaquin look like a moron.
We still can’t tell if this is all an act! Decide for yourself…

The story is about a recent college grad who interns for a record company and has to convince an out-of-control British rock star to show up to his gig at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.
Elisabeth Moss plays Jonah the intern’s girlfriend, while Diddy will play the label boss, and of course Brand is the British rock star. No stretch there! Rose Byrne will play Brand’s Courtney Love-type girlfriend. That’s definitely a departure from her prim and proper role in Damages.
Russell will actually be reprising his role of Aldous Snow from Forgetting Sarah Marshall. And you may remember Jonah Hill’s charater’s obsession with the rocker from that film, which will make their interaction in Greek even that more hilarious!
Another cool tidbit is that Jason Segal, who was also in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, has written the music for this movie. Apatow movies always have a way of bringing everyone in the comedy brat pack together! Diddy’s must be psyched to be a part of it!

P. Diddy, or his serious actor persona Sean Combs I should say, stars in A Raisin In The Sun tonight on ABC. The New York Times has nothing but praise for Diddy in his performance.
"There are no mediocre performances here… That Mr. Combs makes his desires seem like more than empty materialism must come in some part from the fact that he has been hungry at the same table… The play's most poignant speech is his, and he delivers it with all of the dignified vengeance it demands, showing us that one of the great advantages of money is the power it provides to tell the wrong people off… Mr. Combs commanding and fierce."
Check it for yourself, tonight at 8PM.

"I wanna shock the world. People can say whatever they want about me as an actor, but I want them to see growth."
P. Diddy, or should we say, Sean Combs, on his potential as an actor.

File this under 'Bad Idea.' P.Diddy is planning on hitching music to pursue an acting career. This guy can't even commit to a name, much less a career, so I'm really not surprised.
He says, "Right now I'm transitioning from a recording artist to acting. Having an opportunity to play this role, it really changed my life. I had an opportunity to open up as an artist, and I learned so much. Every role I get, I feel I'm getting better."
He's even dished out tons and tons of money on acting coaches. Expect to see Diddy, Sean, or Puff at your local theater soon.
