First off, this story is hysterical because of the fact that Wes Craven, a renowned director, lives right next door to Pauly Shore, who's famous for...faking his own death.
The two are in the middle of a neighbor squabble involving property lines. Shore claims a landslide on his property was caused by Craven's failure to properly maintain vegetation and landscaping on a hillside on his property. And now Shore is suing Craven, who blames this all on Pauly, who put in a pool, which made water seep down the slope and damage his property.
I wonder if if ever occured to either of these guys to walk next door and have a chit chat about this before going to Superior Court. That's what real neighbors do. They address the problem, then get into a fist fight, then see each other at the Memorial Day block party. Guess it's different when you're a multi-millionaire.
