Paula Abdul to Appear on Ugly Betty

By quitting American Idol, Paula Abdul suddenly has a lot of time on her hands! She’s been busying herself with shooting Drop Dead Diva and entertaining the alleged offers that have been pouring in since her resignation.

And now Paula has snagged herself a guest appearance on one of the biggest shows on TV! According to EW Paula is in negotiations to appear on Ugly Betty next season!

Details haven’t been revealed, but sources say Paula won’t play herself; rather a new temp at Mode who bonds with Amanda, played by Becki Newton.

Quitting Idol could be the best thing that ever happened to Paula! Now she can bounce around town doing guest appearances on every cool show!
