A rep for Paula Abdul confirmed to “Extra” today that the 'American Idol' judge broke her nose over the weekend after tripping to avoid her Chihuahua.
The rep also confirmed that contrary to reports, Paula was not hospitalized. Wonder if she'll use this as an excuse to get a nose job with Dr. 90210.
