Its "not true" a source close to Paul told Hollyscoop.com.
The couple have been dating since Jasmine was just 16, but they have no immediate plans to walk down the aisle.
The couple was recently photographed on vaca together in Maui, which is where Paul's 10 year-old daughter Meadow lives with his former girlfriend Rebecca.
Paul introduced Jasmine to his daughter, so clearly things are pretty serious between them, but they're not planning a trip down the aisle....yet.

Star magazine reports, "Paul is very happy." The insider added that although Paul started dating Jasmine when she was just 16, "their age difference doesn't scare him. He knows she's the one."
Uh 16? He was literally twice her age when they started dating! Isn't that illegal?
Luckily (for us) they aren't rushing to the altar, the insider reveals. "They'll take their time to do things the way they like."
It's hard enough to accept that he's taken, a quickie wedding would be too much to deal with. Apparently the couple can't wait to have kids though.
Paul already has a nine-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. It's going to be so hard to let go!

After watching a clip of Paul Walker talking to Hollyscoop about how much he wants Tyrese back for Fast and the Furious 4, Tyrese agreed to come back for the fourth installment of the movie.
"It's official, my man Paul Walker got on Hollyscoop.com and said we're really fighting to get Tyrese back," Tyrese told Hollyscoop at the SLS Hotel Grand Opening in Los Angeles.
"Paul Walker and all the fans of Hollyscoop.com put that energy in the universe, you guys aired it, and now I'm in it."
Tyrese also confirmed that the entire cast, which includes Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez, will be back together on screen for the new flick, which is set to be released on June 12, 2009. We'll be expecting our commission check in the mail Tyrese.

Good news to all you “Fast and the Furious” fans, part four is on its way! We caught up with Paul Walker yesterday at the Never Back Down Premiere in Los Angeles, where he confirmed the he has already signed on for the film.
Paul revealed to Hollyscoop exclusively, “I decided to do it…Vin Diesel came back …and he asked me to come on board which is pretty flattering…since you asked I’ll come back.”
Paul also revealed that Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster will back for part four as well. Looks like the whole gang is back in action except one star, Tyrese Gibson.
He says, “I am fighting to get Tyrese back. “ We're pretty sure with enough convincing and money Tyrese will be back.
To be honest, we're just happy Paul is in the movie since we miss seeing him topless. He is by far one of the hottest actors out there.
