Patrick Swayze is sadly still fighting his life-threatening battle with pancreatic cancer.
Most recently Patrick was photographed leaving a doctor's office in Los Angeles looking extremely gaunt, prompting the public to assume he's taken a turn for the worse.
The photos just appeared in the latest issue of The National Enquirer with the headline "The End." We have to take that for what it is, seeing that it's the National Enquirer, who always beefs up their stories.
It's been a year since we first heard about Patrick being diagnosed with the terminal disease, which generally gives patients 6-12 months to live. But Patrick has seemed to defeat the odds, by making public appearances, and even shooting The Beast last summer.
Co-star Travis Fimmel even told Extra he was amazed at Swayze's swagger. "He's such an inspiration. He makes you not take life for granted. He's a real fighter."
We can only hope the recent pictures shown in the Enquirer look worse than how he really is. We're pulling for him to make a recovery!
