In his first TV interview since his pancreatic cancer diagnosis, Patrick Swayze talked to Barbara Walters for a 20/20 special, where he confessed he's scared and angry.

Swayze was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer last year and confirmed he was responding well to treatments. He even went back to work on A&E's drama The Beast back in June. He said he was trying to stay positive for the sake of his family, but in a candid interview with Walters, he confessed "there's a lot of stuff going on."

He says, "There's a lot of fear here. There's a lot of stuff going on. Yeah, I'm scared. Yeah, I'm angry. Yeah, I'm (asking) why me. Yeah, I'm all this stuff. You can bet that I'm going through hell. And I've only seen the beginning of it."

He added, "I tried to have champagne, and it would be like pouring acid, you know, on an open wound. My indigestion issues got gigantic and constant. And then I started thinking, 'I'm getting skinny.' "I dropped about 20 pounds in the blink of an eye. And then when you see it in the mirror, when all of a sudden, you pull your eyes down and the bottom of your eyes go yellow and jaundice sets in - then you know something's wrong."

Chiming in on the interview, his wife Niemi added that when he was first diagnosed, it was like a nightmare they couldn't wake up from. Patrick is lucky to have the support of his wife and even credits her for helping him get through this difficult time.

The full interview will air on ABC's 20/20 on Wednesday night. We don't know about you guys, but we've had our share of bad celebrity news this year. We might just sit this one out. Will you tune in?

My neighbor just died from pancreatic cancer in October. She lived two years from diagnosis and like Patrick said it was hell. Must be possibly the worst cancer out here. My heart and prayers go out to Patrick. I'll be watching.
