Patrick Dempsey Not Attending Heigl's Wedding

McDreamy is going to skip out on Katherine Heigl's upcoming wedding to singer Josh Kelly in order to spend more time at home with his new boys.

"It's the first Christmas with the boys. They'll be walking by then, so we're excited," he tells Entertainment Tonight.

Although he won't be there in person to show his supports, he does send his love. "I've never seen her so happy," he added. "He's a great guy, too, and they are a great couple."

Heigl is set to marry Kelly on December 23rd. "She'll be in the middle of a holiday break for her show, and she'll still have enough time after for a short honeymoon," said a source close to Heigl.

Although the official wedding guest list is hush hush, we do know that her Grey's Anatomy co-star and BFF T.R. Knight will be apart of the bridal party.

What they omitted was that he said on ET he would miss the wedding because the entire family was going to be in Maine for Xmas.
