Congratulations to hottie Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy and his wife Jillian Dempsey who welcomed twin baby boys.
"Patrick and Jillian Dempsey have welcomed twin boys this afternoon," The actor's rep confirms. "Their names are Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. The family is doing great."
The two have been married since 1999 and also have a five-year-old daughter, Tallulah Fyfe.
