Pat O'Brien Heads Back To Rehab

Two times in one year! Not bad! Pat O'Brien has checked himself right back into rehab, after only being out for seven months.

He was "let go" by The Insider last week, which happened to come right after he fired off a couple nasty emails about his co-worker Lara Spencer.

Think this time will make a difference? Hey it's better than having to go to work at The Insider every day!

Looks like that last email talking smack about Lara Spencer did ole Pat O'Brien in. Then again, the very few people who actually watch the show have noticed that his once co-host literally took his position as anchor. According to People, he's leaving The Insider.

A spokesperson for the show says, "Pat O'Brien is a talented broadcaster who has been a part of The Insider family from the very beginning. Although we have decided to part ways, everyone at CBS Television Distribution and The Insider greatly appreciate and respect all his contributions to our show. We wish Pat much success in his future endeavors."

More like he's fired! This just leaves the door open for Pat to work on more serious stories, rather than 'fashion for less' and the 'anorexic twins.' Perhaps he will go back to his old antics. See NSFW video below!

Pat O'Brien Disses Lara Spencer

Pat O'Brien needs to learn how to keep his mouth shut. An copy has just leaked on the web of an alleged email Pat sent out to the staff at The Insider, bashing his co-host Lara Spencer.

"Hi, folks, I just spent a couple of days in Iowa - I'm a little bit of a favorite son there - and I spoke with maybe a thousand people and was very hands-on. Even Joe Biden said, 'You should be running (for president)!' But what I came away with was, these people can't afford gas, books, food or schools or movies!

I was approached a hundred times by people asking, 'Can you help us?' I tried to tell them we care, but they didn't buy it. They wanted to, but watching Anya and Lara [Spencer] pick out accessories makes the viewers want to vomit. I'll get killed for this, but I'm actually the one not afraid for my job. I want people to be happy."

 Does anyone even watch The Insider anymore? Haven't they lost all their credibility by now? Besides, if he's that bothered by it, then he should go volunteer somewhere, or donate some of his millions to a worthwhile cause.
