Katherine Heigl looked fab in an Anna Sui ruffled dress at a chic Hollywood soiree while Paris Hilton put her best foot forward at the MTV Movie Awards in L.A...the same night she went to jail.

It horrible when designers put the same dress on different actor/actresses. It almost makes them desperate. Which then makes them pitiful.
