Paris Hilton has a new boy toy she was spotted with on Sunday?
Tyler Atkins is about 4 years younger than her and he is a “t-shirt designer.”
According to the NY Daily News the two were seen "making out like teenagers," at the Polaroid Beach House on Sunday. He was playing with her new pooch, Cinderella and they hung out together all night.
Atkins is not American and interestingly enough the Daily News mentioned a video on You tube that we had to dig up where Atkins talks about cocaine, and he talks about an encounter with an unnamed "famous chick" at a house in the Hollywood Hills.

"She's like a full pill-popper ... she brought out these pills and because I was drunk I went, 'Yeah, [bleep] it - I'll just have one. Why not?'" he said.
"And she gave me like four of these pills that were like Vicodin; they were like Rohypnols or something. Heavy, heavy.
"And she drugged me, this famous chick. ... I woke up in her spa bath with her and her best friend. We were in the spa bath, full-on threesome."
So ya this dude is a great match for Paris considering she has never done drugs in her life and does not really prefer alcohol. Seems like he is just using Paris to make his unknown t-shirt line more successful and you know what it works because we are writing about him now. Sadly, Hollywood is a town full of star**ers.
