Paris Hilton could be serving 45 days in jail if Los Angeles City Attorney has anything to do with it. TMZ is reporting that prosecutors want Paris to serve 45 days in jail and she must appear in court tomorrow for probation violation.
Hilton’s was already on probation after pleading 'no contest' on DUI charges when she was pulled over by CHP and busted for driving with a suspended license. At the time, Hilton’s people said that Hilton didn’t know she had a suspended license. The city attorney is going to argue that she did in fact know that she wasn’t allowed to drive.
According to the papers, Hilton was also supposed to enroll in alcohol education program within 21 days of the order, which she failed to do as well.
The documents ask that "Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail." Prosecutors also want her to be ordered "not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days." During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her "to be monitored for alcohol consumption ... by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense."
