Paris To Go Back to Jail?

She hasn't even been home for a day yet and Paris Hilton might be sent back to the slammer.

The judge who put her in jail for violating her reckless-driving probation ordered her into court to determine whether she should be put back behind bars.

Paris must report to court at 9am tomorrow morning (Friday, June 8th) Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press.

"My understanding is she will be brought in in a sheriff's vehicle from her home," Parachini said.

Update: The city attorney must have it out for Paris Hilton, because the heiress was set to call in via telephone but there currently seems to be a courtroom war between Paris' lawyer, the City Attorney and the Sheriff's Dept. about the decision to allow Paris Hilton to appear by phone.

What happened to her "I am ready to face this and take resposibity"attitude? Maybe she dropped her appeal before because she knew that she had an easy out being as that the year before her family contributed money to Sheriff's campaign for election and from what I hear it maybe a price any of us can afford (reportedly only $1000). And what about the people in jail that have terminal cancer, aids or diabetes? They dont get out because of it and forgive me if I am wrong but arent those worse than some little girl who is finally feeling the stress of life which is probably what her medical condition was. It wasnt a nerveous breakdown it was a spoiled brat that finally go told "No!" and she couldnt handle it so why not a tantrum always got Paris her way with Mommy and Daddy. Welcome to the grown-up world honey it's time to grow up and stop dressing and acting like a spoiled whore! and at last a little note to Paris: HONEY DO US ALL A FAVOR AND DONT EVER HAVE KIDS! She in no right deserves to be out of jail before her time is up! Did everyone forget that she was on probation for her dui?!? so actually she should be serving the time for the dui and violation of probation since a stipulation of probation is to stay out of trouble and follow the rules. She did neither. I am celebrating her fall from (fake) grace. She contributes NOTHING to society has no job, no responsibilities, a FAILED attempt at acting and singing proves that she has noting to even offer the world. So what will she miss by giving us all a break from her bird beak mug all over whatever tabloid will print her? Oh yeah she will miss the party she was planning while on house arrest. Please!!! And as for her in her orange jumper, now "THATS HOT"!!

Kim, I'm sorry to say that but your comments are rather stupid. We all know that Paris is rich spoiled kid, but it's time for her to face the reality of the "real" world!!!!!!!! Paris and her family believe that they can do whatever they want and get away with it again and again.....Nervous breakdown? You got to be kidding! It's not like she has to share room with some dangerous inmates or even scrub dirty toilets! Or but wait, she's got no chef to cook for her and servants to clean up after her......How cruel and unfair!!!! May be next time she'll think twice before driving drunk and endangering "common" people.......She should be treated as anyone else would be under those circumstances which means serve her term in jail for drunk driving and court order violations......

I'm no Paris fan. Let's look @ the big picture here. 5 days in jail is the standard sentence for a probation violation. I think that she should have been released on house arrest. I'm not sure why the media is making such a big issue with regard to this. Paris is a spoiled rich kid. I believe that she was close to having a nervous breakdown if she didn't already have one. LEAVE HER ALONE!!!

What a justice system!!!!!!! No one is above the law......except rich and.....stupid.....!!!! It makes me outraged to know that she got away.....once again..........!!!!!!! i'm happy to see that there's a hearing today. i like this judge - maybe he'll see thru all this B.S. i mean, he's the one that made her sentence in the first place. but she totally needs to finish her sentence IN JAIL. i know for a FACT that they legal system does NOT take "mental issues" this seriously for regular people. they tell you to pipe down, suck it up and deal with it. why should she be any different? oh wait, SHE'S NOT.

The Sherriff is now personally blaming the public for protesting Paris' sweetheart release deal...claiming that it is because of Hate Of Celebrities!!! Well, the last time I checked, Celebrities weren't a racial (ethnic) group!!! This isn't about the hate of celebrities...as the L.A. Sherriff falsely claims, it's about the law. If Paris Hilton has a rash...or is suicidal, they can fully treat her condition in Jail, since they have the medical facilities and proper security to do so!!! If she is suicidal they can simply remove all articles of clothing, as well as all bedding from her jail cell. It's as easy as that!!! They do it all the time with non celebrity prisoners every day...every hour...every minute and second...24/7. I don't appreciate this "bought-off" Sherriff attempting to blame the public for demanding equal justice for all. His effort to pass the buck for his corrupt activity regarding the release of Ms. Hilton, is "Absurdist Theatre" at its best!!! The Sherriff, should be brought into court to face the judge, and personally ordered to lock Hilton back up. If he refuses, he should be held in contempt of court and locked up himself!!! Regardless, the judge should order Paris back to jail, even if she has to serve her time in another city, or state. If the L.A. Sherriffs are not willing, or capable, of carrying out their duty, to enforce the law...they should lose their right to oversee the county jail, and the prisoners within it!!! That task should immediately be given to another law enforcement agency--one with integrity!!!

Paris was at the awards show stuffing her face with egg salad sandwiches & whining the night she turned herself in. (Today it was those cupcakes she had delivered in.) Was the medical condition she suffered gas from making a pig of herself? Perhaps her Highness had cramps because she was on the rag. No, she couldn't handle her own company and went berserk. Why is that such a surprise people? Our Justice System is a whore... freedom for criminals goes to the highest bidder! Only in America, folks! Hopefully the judge will kick her skanky ass back to jail where she belongs.
