Paris Hilton’s birthday was on February 17 but when you’re and heiress you can celebrate your birthday any day of the year. Paris had her first birthday celebration in Las Vegas and had another one this weekend for some of the people who didn't bother showing up to the first one.
Her second attempt at a birthday was definitely lacking star power. Her usual entourage was there, which included sister Nicky, boyfriend Stavros, 'Greasy Bear' Brandon Davis and her publicist Elliott Mintz, but what the hell were Paula Abdul and “The Rock” and Ryan Reynolds doing at Paris Hilton’s birthday party?
