Paris Released for 'Mental Issues'

According to new reports, Paris Hilton was released from jail early due to a medical condition that was purely psychological. She was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown which is why she was released this morning.

Psychiatrist Charles Sophy visited Hilton in jail yesterday and the day before. The day after her visit with the heiress, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton’s mental state was fragile and she was at risk.

Do you guys buy it or not?

F--- no, i don't buy it! What about all the inmates currently suffering from mental disorders? AND,if she really had mental or emotional problems they could just as easily put her in an institution as opposed to her mansion, or for that matter, my one bedroom apartment.Thank God for the Whoppers and Smarties I'm eating right now, otherwise my computer would be on the floor.Damn, i really need to get some work done today.

If I were to ever go to jail, I am going to use that line and have my lawyer reference Hilton as an example. I am sure alot more criminals will be using this as a reference as well.

So WTF if her mental state is fragile. She's in f**king jail. It's not supposed to be a picnic at the f**king social club. It just proves that if your rich, white, thin and attractive you can get away with murder in this country, never mind her minor offense. Wasn't the idea of incarceration to teach the dumbass a lesson?

Down to Earth you are consently defending Britney and her actions which is just like Paris-they both get drunk and high, party all night, and sleep with just about anyone, but the only difference is Britney has kids but you are now trying to diss Paris. Bullcrap. Jail is not the horror she is making it out to be. Yes, it sucks, but it is bearable. What a damn drama queen. If anyone else faked a nervous breakdown they'd throw them in a holding cell up front so they could watch them and make sure they didn't hurt themselves and/or take them to a hospital and get them fixed up and throw them back in... if that!

people have it WAY worse than her, people that have went into jail that have had to leave their kids and partners for YEARS! people that are innocent and know they are (that would drive me insane) Cant believe she didnt even make a week - guess it shows us that she is a baby and loves taking the easy way out. She is pathetic!!!

as much as i think that paris should have stayed in jail..i do buy her medical conditions excuse. PSHH if i was born rich, lived in luxury ALL my life for 26 years and were told to go to jail and had to spend my days in a filthy cell..my body would be under complete stress and shock.

give me a break! This was so planned that she would do her crying jag in jail to get out. She met with her shrink before you went to the slammer...you don't think he told her we can get you out if you act "unstable"? She knew she would of have to do the crying jag for a couple of days and get to go home. Funny how she can still party at home. Justice doesn't seem right?

I think in light of the staph infections running rampant there, they were afraid Paris would infect the rest of the prison population with the 35 communicable diseases she already has. That, or 11 prison guards already have the herpes from her

I wish the media would quit giving her so much attention. Who cares? Report on someone that has at least done SOMETHING besides whore around all their life. I'm sick of her and if the media would cut out the attention WASTED on her then maybe she'd just go away like a bad rash!!!!!!!!!
