Paris Not Filing Appeal

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has decided to drop the motion to appeal for her jail sentence. Her lawyer has officially filed documents with the court to drop her probation violation appeal.

The heiress had a change of heart when she got word that she will only serve 23 days in jail instead of the original 45 days she was sentenced. Hilton feels that this is the best break that she can get so she is toughening up and facing the consequences.

Maybe she changed her mind to appeal when she got the approval to serve her time in a “celebrity cell” rather than a “regular cell.”

America
Wow, doesn't our country treat everyone "equal" oh I bet she'll never do anything bad ever again! Such a harsh punishment. What regular people do you know of that had thier sentence cut in half for having good behavior for like what a week? Hilarious!

throw away the keys
i wrote a very inspiring letter to the governor of california in regards to her potential "pardon," and i like to think that my note on the constitutionality of adhering to a covert nobility would jeopordize his viability as a potential national leader (assuming that they ammend the constitution). All i can say is thankkkk god one of these celebrity brats is paying the price of their repeated disregard and utmost disrepect for the law. throw away the keys, PLEASE!

throw away the keys
good behavior for showing up to court on time is a SHAM! no normal person would be commended for their puctuality to a court date, much less rewarded. It is ASSUMED that they perpetrator will arrive on time (which she did not-she kinda just showed up when she could).
