Paris' Lawyer: Don't Jump to Conclusions
Paris Hilton has hired one of the most powerful attorney's in Las Vegas to defend her after she was arrested for cocaine possession.

Paris and her boyfriend Cy Waits were pulled over by police in front of the Wynn hotel around 2AM this morning. According to reports, Cy was arrested for DUI and Paris was arrested for cocaine possession charge and was later released without having to post bail.

Paris' lawyer David Chesnoff tells Hollyscoop, “Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time.”

Paris claims the cocaine wasn't hers and she had borrowed the purse from a friend. Sounds familiar? It's the same excuse she used in South Africa at the World Cup when she got busted for marijuana.

So if it wasn't her coke, like she claims, whose was it? Story developing...
