Did she or didn’t she? Is she behind the tape? Did she do anything to stop it? This Paris Hilton fiasco is quickly becoming a bigger deal than Britney’s crotch photos. A lot of people are convinced that she’s actually financially gaining from those disgusting pictures. I would have to disagree though. As raunchy as Paris is, I highly doubt she wants the entire world to know the she gets “fucked in the ass for coke” or that she’s taking Valtrex to treat her herpes. There’s even images of Paris smoking weed and Nicole Richie doing coke.
Paris and her former boyfriend Joe Francis, of Girls Gone Wild fame, have considered legal action against www.parisexposed.com.
According to a snitch, Paris Hilton's lawyers will be busy in court today. A civil suit is being filed along with a temporary restraining order against Bardia Persa the owner of the domain ParisExposed.com.
"We're pissed and I feel for Paris right now. She's been victimized yet again," Francis told The New York Post. "We want this thing down and we're seeking monetary damages ... They were taken for us only when we were dating," Francis said. "These guys have absolutely no right to use the images - they flat-out put them on the Web with no permission. He messed with the wrong person."
