Many have been speculating that Paris Hilton will not serve her entire jail sentence and she will be in and out of jail within a few hours due to our overcrowded jail system. LA Sheriff’s Department Spokesperson says otherwise. Although our jails are overcrowded Steve Whitmore insists that the heiress will serve a minimum of 23 days in jail.
"The Sheriff's Department is announcing today that Ms. Hilton will do a minimum of 23 days in jail," Whitmore said. "The possibility that she will be processed in and out in a day is over. She will do her full time, minus 22 days because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior."
