Paris Hilton attended the 2007 Spike TV Scream Awards at the Greek Theater in LA looking a bit fazed to say the least.

What is going on with her hair and that pose?!?

I don’t even know how to start. I just wish I was there to go up to her and straighten her legs and put that damn thing that's covering her eye behind her ear. I would fire any hairstylist that convinced me to put half my hair in front of my face.

The Scream Awards is being broadcast tonight and Paris looks great. This is just a bad pic, she wasn't wasted, she was on the podium announcing. Bill Moseley said about Paris "this girl CAN sing and she CAN act". He should know since he worked with her.
