Paris Hilton has just reduced the price of her 1920s Hollywood Hills home from $20,000 a month to $16,000 a month, and she’s ready to rent it out. This would make one badass frat and/or sorority house.
The heiress bought the luxurious 3,000 square foot Spanish-style home back in 2007 for $3.865 million. Pocket change for a reported billionaire.
The home sits in the hills just above the Sunset Strip and boasts four bedrooms. One bedroom has been converted into a “boutique-style dressing room.” The dressing room includes a gorgeous crystal chandelier.
There are 3.5 baths, a swimming pool with backyard cabanas, a separate guest wing, a home office, and a bathroom that is fully mirrored.
There’s also a stripper pole in the bedroom and several over-the-top, glamorous portraits of your landlord hung throughout the home.
Hilton recently revealed that since 2005, she’s raked in a whopping $1.3 billion.
"I have 35 stores and 17 product lines," Hilton told UK’s FHM Magazine. "And then there's my racing team, my 14 fragrances and my new project, the ‘Paris Hilton Beach Club’ chain. The first one is opening in the Philippines soon. It's going to have nightclubs, restaurants, bars, gyms. Everything really."
