Paris Hilton Losing It In Jail

Paris Hilton

Law Enforcement officials say that Paris Hilton is crying a lot and is having with drawls. She is "teetering on the brink" but she is receiving "appropriate medical attention."

The heiress is staying in the medical ward at the Twin Towers in Downtown, Los Angeles. She is in isolated room with guards watching her every move. She hasn't slept or eaten anything since she arrived. This is actually pretty sad, I don't think she's handling being alone too well.

Booo-hoo-hoo, poor little rich bitch. Don't eat and die -- save us taxpayers from having to pay for her jail cell.

Jail will do her good, that is if she lets it. I am sure the sheriff got some cold hard Hilton green backs to make her life as soft and warm as possible. Ignoring the judge's orders does have a ring of bribery.

SHE COULD FEEL MORE AT HOME IF SHE WANTED 2... IM SUPRISED SHE HASN'T SLEPT WITH ONE OF THE GUARDS.

The only thing wrong with Paris is that she doesn't want to be in jail. Who does?? And I think the reason she was shaking in court is because of withdrawal symptoms. When you doe coke as heavy as she & Lindsey do, when you quit cold turkey you gonna have some shakes!!!
Posted by: Tasha on 06/09/2007 07:23 PM

"teetering on the brink" of what? a nervous breakdown? good! she's gonna have to break at some point! when she does, THEN the shit's REALLY gonna hit the fan. it's close, it'll happen soon. she's gonna totally lose it. and yes, THAT makes me sad. but it it necissary for her to see what kind of fucked up perspective she's had. i really hope this is it for her. she could do so much good for the world - if she'd just pull her head out of her ass.
Posted by: robin on 06/09/2007 07:31 PM

I wonder how bad the withdrawal symptons are ? and what are they from ?
Posted by: murphy on 06/09/2007 07:48 PM

Exactly! what she's experiencing is drug withdrawal-which is actually good for her. That's probably what she needs right now anyways...Plus I think what would be really sad is if she would have killed or paralyzed someone by getting behind the wheel drunk. I in no way feel sorry for her, she's in jail not prison! Jail is like a holding cell C'mon give me a break, be a woman and face up to your crap! I can only imagine what Nicole Richie or Lindsay Lohan must be thinking, bet they're scared especially Nicole since she violated her probation. She may even get a year! Serves them right! Drunk Driving kills more people than AIDS or Cancer!

She not handling not having her way well. It's not about being alone, it's about being in control of everyone around you. Paris is use to having everyone around her doing what they want. That's what's wrong. Jail is supposed to be a punishment, hence the old-fashion term "penitentiary". Paris is paying penance for thinking that she's above the DUI charges that so many people who have lost loved ones to drunk drivers have fought for. Sleep tight Paris.

Stefystef I see had time to step away from band practice. You must not get many gigs. So much from trying to make it in NYC. Meow's the cat.

I can't stand Paris and her antics anymore than anyone else. She's attractive but dumb and untalented. The real question in this case is whether she was treated fairly by the courts and law enforcement. She was convicted of reckless driving with alcohol and had her license suspended for being over .08. The license "administrative sanction" is a violation of the double jeopardy clause of the constitution. She and others convicted of DUI related offenses are being prosecuted twice for the same offense. She violated her probation and drove, however, following my highly correct line of reasoning (despite the erosion of the constitution by the courts), she shouldn't have had probation in the first place. Or if she should have had probation, she shouldn't have been convicted of reckless driving with alcohol. Get a clue people. Once these cases establish precedence in DUI related law, they will be used in other cases to strengthen the government's already over-reaching power. I still can't stand Paris Hilton and what she stands for, but she deserves due process of law and should be free from cruel and unusual punishment. If people are serving 3 days max because of California jail over-crowding as Geragos says, there's no reason that she should do more time because of a sheriff's error in discretion. And he's a moron too. Why let an idiot like that handle a press conference? He isn't qualified to run a KFC, Taco Bell or any other half-witted fast food restaurant. I do, however, completely support the judge's decision to put her back in jail. The sheriff crossed the line by sending her home despite the contract the judge had established when she was "convicted" of probation violation of an initially bogus and egregious violation of the 5th amendment.

Don't do the crime if you cant do the time. I thought she said she was gonna be a big girl cos of the media dragging her name in the mudd. Goodbye endorsements I can't wait to meet her :)

Oh dear La Chat, the fact that you have taken the time to seek me out on this board and have some silly comment addressed to me says that The Cat is bored. If you need something to do, why dont you try to get on Paris' visitors list. You have WAY too much time on your hands.
Posted by: stefystef on 06/10/2007 03:52 AM

oh my god. Why is everyone paying her so much attention? There are thousands of people in jail because of DUI or anything else and i imagine everyone of them have problems with being in jail. Does anyone care about them? No. And why? That's law. And in Paris Hilton's case, it's the same law. It's her fault...so...everything is alright. What comes around goes around...and please...25 or 40 days...whats with the people wo get one or two years or a whole life?
Posted by: lene on 06/10/2007 04:19 AM

FYI, it's "Le Chat" not "La Chat". Who cares about Paris ? 40 measly days in jail. What about people who get years or years, or death penalty ? She did the crime, she's now serving the time. Who cares, really ?

You know I was thinking,...Paris says she is being treated more unfairly than anyone else would be. Anyone else who goes to jail most likely loses their job, has their car impounded because they now can't make the payments, gets tons of late fees etc on their debt. Paris is lucky she won't lose any of that.
Posted by: Jenn on 06/10/2007 09:35 AM

Oh Stefystef that fact that you think I actually tried to search for you shows that you think way to much about yourself. Perhaps you should join Paris's vistor's list unless you already have, and are know trying to recruit people to join you. How sad and pitiful. I guess you have more in common with the heiress then you thought. Meow

Hey, do the crime pay the time. Yeah, I'll bet she's on the brink. She's probably crying because she figured they's feel sorry for her and let her out. It's JAIL not a damn country club. The point of jail is to PUNISH people who commit crimes, and this is what she has done, and must own up to. That sheriff should be held in contempt of court and thrown in jail for a couple of days. Hey, they could throw him in the same cell as Paris. And Jenn, she's not being treated unfairly. This is what anyone else would get for a second offence like that. In Ontario, where I'm from, this would be considered absolute liability. Meaning, despite whether or not she knew her licence was suspended doesn't matter, it's still her fault and she's probably get about 60 days in jail. Hey, maybe she'll be stupid and commit and 3rd crime, and be subject to the 3 strikes law.

to the stupid person who posted about paying tax for her jail cell..i agree with andy..and i have to say.. that was one stupid comment. paris hilton pays more taxes in one year than you ever will in your life time.
Posted by: blah.. on 06/10/2007 04:39 PM

to blah: that's true! I don't give a fuck about the taxpayers money im just glad shes in jail. . .
Posted by: me in oc on 06/10/2007 06:07 PM

Just for the record, Paris was in a solitary cell. She could've had a room-mate, but there wasn't one. What kind of overcrowding are we talking about? There was no lineup for that particular cell. Wish the slut would learn some humility, but I doubt it.
Posted by: Julee on 06/10/2007 06:37 PM

I feel that justice was served.Do the crime do the time by right she should've went to prison .But by all means she's human she has feelings, emotions eventhough the media projects otherwise. which we forget sometimes I think the media should let paris hilton serve her 45 days in peace for god sakes we got people blow up in Iraq, solider missing, hurricane refugges, gun violence, homeless, those issues should be more important.
Posted by: carol on 06/11/2007 07:32 PM

Its a pity that someone who was given everything in her life has come to face the problems that Paris has. Hopefully since prison in most cases is not there to PUNISH but rather to help someone REFORM, maybe Paris will take this opportunity once she settles down and makes some adjustments in life so that she does not have to face ridicule. Children can be nasty but it is the adults of society that teach it, just look at the publications.
