Like we already reported this morning, Paris Hilton was released from prison late last night after serving 23 days in the slammer.

Dressed casually in dark denim and a short-sleeved top, Paris made no statement but she was obviously ecstatic as she walked down a paparazzi-lined path to a waiting car where she was hugged by mom Kathy.

The Hiltons left quickly towards their exclusive Bel Air mansion but were followed by several vehicles full of paparazzi's. There's no word yet on what Paris actually did on her first night as a free woman. With Lindsay in rehab and Paris in jail, it was getting kind of quiet around here. So do you guys think Paris is a changed woman or do old habits die hard with young Hollywood?

I agree with Stefystef, but I would give her like less then a week to go back to her old ways. She actually is already starting. I mean she wanted a million dollars for a interview. Their were plenty of actors and actresses that had to serve jail time for much worst, and they did not get coverage on what they went through in jail. So what so fucken special about her. She's in my opinion a complete no body. Strip her from her money and title, and she would be totally screwed. That is the only reason why people pay attention to her.

i think she looks absolutely gorgeous without all her usual makeup. she looks so refreshing and natural... and finally normal. ive never been a huge fan of hers because she just always seemed too made over so she definitely needs to keep the natural look going. im glad her sentence is over and i really hope that she sticks to her word and is actually "changed". I guess we will all find out soon enough.

She does look happy, but who wouldn't after they got out of the slammer?? It takes more than 20 days to change a person and how they feel inside. She's a paris-ite. It doesn't matter how much money you have; the extended stay in rehab and the fact that you DO go to rehab will have no real impact until somethhing MAJOR happens in their lives.

This is possibly the first time I have ever seen her really smile, she has teeth! I am hoping this really has changed her for the better but time will tell....the fact her parents were trying to make money from a party venue as soon as she was out means they are the ones she needs to remove from her life.

I wish they treated men the same way. I would love to see a Hollywood male star get hounded like she does. How many of them get caught breaking the law but don't have people trying to "make them a better person"? If I were her, I would walk out with my two middle fingers high in the air!

She's done a lot of bad shit in her lifetime - making fun of working people on The Simple Life, repeatedly calling black men "niggers", wreaking havoc on the planet with her extravagant and eco-destructive lifestyle, etc. She has a lot of atonement to do before I would consider her a good person. She should at least acknowledge what a rotten shit she's been. Then she can start making up for the harm.

she actually looks geniunely happy for the first time. i dont think ive ever seen her take a pic looking so innocent. it looks nice on her. she should seriously consider changing her life and doing good for people. she will definitely get more positive press liek that rather than just living an empty life with stupid hollywood clubs

Its crazy to see her without her fake orange tan and without a fully made face. She looks so different. And i think she lost weight. She looks cute though. I hope that she actually changes her life around and wish her well.
