Paris Hilton Going Back To Jail

The court wants to make a statement because Paris Hilton was just ordered to go back to jail. The heiress went to court a day after she was released from prison and now was ordered to go back to jail.

The reason for the hearing was because the judge wanted to know what the mysterious illness that caused Hilton to not serve her remaining sentence. He was upset because he did not want to put her on house arrest and actually wanted her to serve the sentence. Here we go with more of the Paris Prison diaries.

Paris left the courtroom crying and screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom."

She was very emotional and eyewitnesses say that she was "physically dragged" out of the courtroom.

Update: The city attorney is very happy with the judges decision to send Paris back to jail. "This decision sends the message that no individual -- no matter how wealthy or powerful -- is above the law. Today, justice was served."
