Paris Hilton Gives A Helping Hand?

Socialite Paris Hilton is using her fame for a good cause. The heiress stopped by the Royal North Shore Children’s Hospital in Sydney, Australia. Paris met with sick patients, posed for pictures and gave out autographs. Paris and her bff Kim Kardashian have been causing a ruckus in Sydney with their tours around the city.

Speaking of BFF’s we hear Paris has blacklisted pop princess Britney Spears. According to the US Weekly, two weeks after Britney cut ties with Paris, the heiress is retaliating. "Britney told Paris that it's not personal," but Hilton didn't see things that way. The magazine reports Spears was left off Hilton's Christmas party guest list and that Hilton calls her "animal" behind her back. Then again it is Hollywood high and we are pretty sure they will kiss and make up with more panty-less nights.

this are only a few of the photo's taken, on all the other photo's its painfully obvious that this is just another sad attempt for attention, she's more busy with striking a pose and trying to look 'sultry and suddective' then actually caring about the damn kid. If thast was my kid i would bitchslap paris to hell and beyond for not only coming near my kid (infants are fragile en she's a walking desisease factory) but also exploiting him/her for some free press.

YOU KNOW SOMETIMES WHEN WE SEE OTHERS OR CHILDREN WHOM ARE VERY SICK IT CAN REALLY CHANGE HEART IN ONE.. I BELIEVE PARIS WAS SERIOUS ABOUT THAT, I WILL GIVE HER CREDIT FOR EVEN VISITING. I DON'T THINK SHE WOULD USE THIS AS PUBLICITY..I THINK SHE CARED ABOUT THIS CHILD. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
