Paris Hilton Files An Appeal

Paris Hilton is not gonna to go down without a fight. Her lawyer's have filed a notice to appeal her 45-day jail sentence.

According to TMZ:

The notice is a formality that lawyers are required to file before lodging the appeal. It does not give the grounds for the appeal, but Hilton's lawyers must essentially prove that the trial judge abused his discretion by imposing the sentence.

i agree she needs grow up and stop whining and stop getting away with almost everything cuz shes rich, who gives a crap. dont matter who you are you brake a law, you pay for it. im so tired of seeing her and hearing bt her in news, who cares. shes only an over rated spoild bratt. she has gotten away with braking way to many laws in past and getting awaywith way more than most do. if i never heard bt her or saw her pic again, i wouldnt miss her one bit.

Her parents are going to get her off, and she more then likely won't serve her time. They will pay whoever it takes, and this will all go away, but in till then their's no harm in cracking jokes about it.

Oh good grief! she needs to stop whining once and for all. Actually, what the judge should have also done, was tell media people, including the paps, that Paris would not be allowed to be in any kind of news or publicity coverage, for at least 90 days. She needs to grow up and the media needs to stop fawning all over her.
