Paris Hilton Engaged?

I have no idea if this is a media plot, fashion statement, or a real engagement but heiress Paris Hilton has been spotted sporting a engagement ring all over town. According to the New York Post Hilton shocked partygoers Monday night when she arrived at Stacey Bendet's "Black & White" dinner for her clothing line Alice+Olivia at Katsuya in L.A. wearing a huge diamond ring on her left hand. Paris attended the event with her on again/ off again/ on again boy toy Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos. The duo were said to be canoodling all night long.

Sources at the event say the ring looked suspiciously fake, like the "diamond" ring she wore when her ex fiancé Paris Latsis gave her. If you all remember Latsis actually gave her a smaller ring from Cartier.

If Hilton is indeed engaged she is keeping it on the down low as she acted shy when having dinner with guests which including her sister Nicky Hilton, Brandon Davis, Michelle Trachtenberg and Mena Suvari. There is no official confirmation about an engagement at this point.
