Paris Hilton's Jailhouse Diaries Day 3

June 06, 2007

Paris Hilton got a visit on her second day in jail and no it wasn’t her many ex boy toys or party pals. It was her psychiatrist. Dr. Charles Sophy and her lawyer Richard A. Hutton. The two stayed for two hours and left without any comments.

Last month Dr. Sophy tried to get Hilton out of her jail sentence by stating she was "not capable of any meaningful participation" in a $10 million slander and libel lawsuit against her.

Her laywer also made a visit on Monday where he stayed for several hours and said she was coping as well as possible to 23 hours a day in solitary confinement. But we hear things may change and she may be getting a cell-mate. There are also rumors that she may get out early but L.A. County sheriff Steve Whitemore disagrees and states: “She’s gonna do 23 days.”

All jokes aside every time we try to picture Paris in prison we keep remembering Sarah Silverman’s MTV Movie awards opening monologue. We hear Paris wasn’t too happy with the joke. She may have smiled her way through it, but backstage she was overheard fuming, “She’s a f--king bitch. I hate her.

While Sarah is riding her wave, Paris is in her orange jumpsuit in her 100-square-foot cell. We hear on her first day in jail, after lunch was placed through a slot in her door she called her father, Rick, who could hear “clanging in the background,” The heiress can use the phone for 15 minutes a day. That must be tough for someone who always has her phone glued to her ear.

Driving with a suspended license in California is a violation worth 2 points on your driving record. This infraction of the law comes with other penalties such as your vehicle being impounded, fines, jail time, and/or a longer license suspension time or the license being revoked.

This entire prison ordeal is stupid, driving with a suspended license - since when is that 45 days? Thank God they cut it down to 23 but seriously, even that is unfair really. Yes she could of done harm or whatever, but in the end, she didn't. As shallow and dumb as I may seem, she doesn't deserve this at all, they should of just made her do an ad campaign for a poor country somewhere, celebrity endorsment works and she would certainly bring a flock of paparazzi with her to snap her and the sad living conditions of many. Then with all the footage of the suffering, people might be more inclined to donate more to charity.
