Paris Hilton has a new man! Ok I kid I kid...but our Hollyscoop spy did spot the heiress last night at the launch of HORNITOS Tequila at Opera nightclub in Hollywood engaged in a really intense conversation with a MUCH older gentleman.

"They seemed to be in a really serious private conversation," reports our spy. But don't worry no hanky panky went down--Paris left about 10 minutes after causing a paparazzi frenzy outside the club.

Also spotted at Opera last night was the other Hilton, Nicky with her beau David Katzenberg and Nick Cannon with his entourage, Stephen Colletti and Ashlee Simpson.
