Earlier today there was a reported war between
Paris
Hilton’s lawyer, the city attorney and the
sheriff’s department over the decision to let Paris
Hilton call into the hearing from her house.
Unfortunately for Paris, the Judge has ordered her to
appear in court for the hearing,
The hearing is currently taking place...story developing
UPDATE:
No sign of Paris as of now but her lawyer Richard Hutton has arrived to court. Prosecutor
Dan Jeffrie has arrived for the hearing as well. The Prosecutor has revealed that although the court said the heiress would be appearing in court by phone, that wasn’t the case. He also said that he was never consulted about the Sheriff's decision to reassign Hilton to house arrest until after Paris had been released.
Update #2 Finally!
Paris Hilton has left her house to go to court. The heiress was handcuffed and escorted by uniformed police officers to her court hearing in downtown Los Angeles. Paris' house is full of media vans and paparazzi and lets just say her neighbors aren't so happy.
Paris' parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton came to their daughters house just before she was taken to court and they both seemed to be distraught at the fact that their daughter was being taken away again. They told reporters that they had just found out about this entire ordeal and were shocked that the court would do such a thing and send her back jail.
